Shipping Within Canada
Standard Canadian shipping is $29.99 when the eligible merchandise subtotal is below $199.99 after discounts. Free standard Canada-wide shipping applies when the eligible merchandise subtotal is $199.99 or more after discounts. Taxes do not contribute to the threshold.
Store Pickup
Free pickup is available from the CR Sabers store in Chilliwack, BC. Customers will be contacted when their order is ready.
Delivery Timing
Timing varies by destination and carrier. Tracking information is provided when available. Delays caused by carriers, customs, weather or other circumstances outside CR Sabers’ control are not guaranteed against.
United States and International Shipping
Standard U.S. shipping is $29.99. International shipping is $149.99 unless a different rate is displayed at checkout.
Discounts and Promotions
Free-shipping eligibility is calculated after discounts. Promotional offers do not combine with free shipping unless the promotion specifically states otherwise.
Return & Exchange Policy
CR Sabers' return policy is designed to give you confidence in every purchase. We understand that circumstances may change, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your purchase, we're here to help.
Product returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of physically receiving your order and will be processed when the returned item is received back by CR Sabers.
Customers are responsible for return shipping and product with original packaging and condition, missing items such as packaging, charging cables, or applicable accessories may result in a restocking fee or additional charges to replace them.
Exchanges for certain models may see an additional delay if the item or core has to be requested directly from the manufacturer and can take up to 30 days including shipping time.
Returns may be denied for products that show signs of heavy use outside what is considered reasonable or damage that would void the manufacturers warranty .
