Warranty

All of our lightsabers from CR Sabers come with a one-year warranty that covers all of the workings of the core unit, functions, and battery due to manufacturer defects or errors - All replacement and repair costs are free with-in the first year at no charge to the customer.

Outside of the first year customers are still eligible to have their lightsaber repaired and will be fair and reasonable at the discretion of CR Sabers.

Example:

A battery replacement will be the retail cost of the battery plus taxes, with no additional service fee in person, but online will be charged appropriate shipping and handling.


 

What we do not cover

Physical damage to the core unit and hilts - Though they are extremely durable and made from premium materials, we do not cover modification or attempts to alter lightsabers - Any damage to cores units such as soldering components, altering structure, cosmetic blemishes, or water damage will not be covered under warranty.

Note:

Hilts are designed to be some-what modular (Not all pieces will fit every lightsaber, and not all lightsabers will be fully modular based on design) and can have additional pieces changed or replaced (such as grips and pommels), however it is recommend to be careful while threading the pieces together as having unclean parts or misaligning can cause the threads to strip or get stuck - You modify the lightsabers at your own risk and is recommended to contact us if the pieces aren't fitting as intended or have a defect - Do NOT force the pieces together.

Blades are an exception where physical contact is to be expected and despite the extreme durability can have defects over time, with that in mind we will replace the blade one-time under warranty with-in the warranty for additional piece of mind to our customers.

Repair
 

If your lightsaber from CR Sabers has any issues or manufacturer defects, please contact us as soon as possible - A repair to a specific lightsaber may require contacting the manufacturer directly which can have delay when requesting and receiving parts for the repair or replacement.

The expected time of a replacement or repair can vary depending on the problem or issue, but the expected turnaround time is 2-4 weeks and simple repairs being with-in the business day plus additional time for shipping.
