By confirming and placing your order you agree to abide by the terms of service detailed below.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation and a full refund before shipping is allowed.

Order changes

Order changes are possible, however, they are not guaranteed. We recommend double-checking your order details to make sure everything is correct. If you need to make a change, email us as quickly as possible. If possible, we can update your order.

Chargebacks

Fraudulent chargebacks will be disputed and may result in criminal charges for theft and/or felony postal fraud. Filing a chargeback is not an acceptable method of requesting a refund or cancellation. We ship all of our orders with signature confirmation to prevent theft.

Defective or Incorrect items

Any defective or incorrect items MUST be returned before a replacement can be issued. Customers who claim an item is damaged or does not match the description are required to return the merchandise before a replacement will be sent.

Shipping Policy

Our domestic and international orders are shipped worldwide from Chilliwack, BC, Canada via Canada Post, with tracking. To determine if Canada Post has a delivery service to your country, please select your country from the drop-down menu when entering your shipping address. If you do not see your country in the drop-down menu, unfortunately, we cannot currently ship to you.

International customers are responsible for paying import tax or duties

International customers, please be advised that most countries have an import process that includes a customs inspection, and for most countries, an import tax may be charged to recipients of goods from abroad. Be sure to check your tracking number when you get our shipping confirmation email in a few weeks and to keep an eye on its progress in case your country requires you to pay an import tax to pick up your goods, or to have them delivered.

Warranty

We offer a one-year warranty, however, please note that we can not assist you if there is water damage, if you’ve used a charger above 5v (we recommend using a computer or laptop), or any modifications to the blade, hilt or electronics.

Promotions & Coupons

Promotional sales can not be retroactively applied for any reason whatsoever, they can also not be combined with previous offers. This means you can not cancel an existing order to reorder with a new promotion. There are no exceptions. Shipping costs, applied taxes or any other additional costs do not count towards free item giveaways.

User Safety

Before any contact duelling (as with any type of duelling), we recommend wearing proper safety protection for your hands, body and face. This includes but is not limited to: gloves, body armour, face masks, and helmets.
